When people find mold, the usual first fixes are a coat of paint, a jug of bleach or a handyman with a scrub brush. None of those fixes the moisture, and none removes mold from inside drywall or wood. This site exists to get you to a contractor who does mold work properly, with one phone call.
How it works
We're a referral service. When you call, we connect you with an independent mold remediation contractor who works in your part of the Grand Rapids area. They inspect, give you the price and do the work, and their workmanship and warranty are theirs.

Choosing a mold contractor
Michigan doesn't have a state licence just for mold work, so it's worth asking any contractor about their training, their insurance and how they'll contain the work area. A good contractor will also explain what caused the mold and how to stop it coming back.
